The 250g pouch lasted me almost two months of daily morning cups. This second flush has that malty, full-bodied thing going on that I usually only get from a much pricier Assam. Brewed it strong with a splash of milk and it never turned bitter.

First sip of the second flush and I got that malty, bright thing going on that I usually only find in expensive cafe cups. I brew it about three minutes with a splash of milk and it still holds its body. The 250g pouch is going way faster than I planned.

The copper-colored liquor has that classic second flush depth I look for, and the leaves hold up well to a second steep. It’s a touch more astringent than my usual pick, but a splash of milk rounds it out nicely.
